Families will appreciate it
The unique touch of having USB ports by the bed was just perfect for charging devices. I also used the luggage holding room for free while I was at a conference and that was a real winner during my busy day.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was acceptable.

Breakfast buffet is excellent ! / The staff at the reception is professional and really kind
The room floor was not clean (several beer caps under the bed and TV) / The coverlet on the bed was really short compared to the bed size / Beware of prices of the mini bar (no price list, you have to ask for each price (!))

Decent regular rooms, nothing fancy.
Impersonal staff, horrible breakfast - green eggs, bad refill(bread was empty on many occasions as well as the fresh fruit), worst bacon I have ever tasted -, cold atmosphere and temperature throughout the whole hotel(including our room). Does not live up to Radisson Blu standards at all.

The location near the metro made it easy to explore nearby areas, and I appreciated the variety at breakfast. Housekeeping could be more consistent since my room wasn't cleaned daily as expected.

the breakfast buffet, nice hotel, clean room and ok with space, close to the underground.
staff was friendly but they could be more informed about transports and how to get around the best way in the city, to be able to give a better service.

The area where the hotel is located is very nice - clean and quite! Excellent location also form acces point of view..the subway is just below the hotel.
The breakfest offer might be more interesting.

Be careful if you have an early Ryanair flight. You'll have to take a taxi back to the main bus station on weekends...cost about $40. The hotel restaurant was just too expensive for us (Oslo is very expensive, so not their fault). The maid kept leaving things in the room...her used cleaning cloth, keys, etc...and the beds were made very rumpled and not very nicely...not sure why as everything else was in order and straightened up in the room. Sometimes towels were forgotten to be replenished too. I noticed once you got back to the hotel after a long day of sightseeing, it was very hard to get motivated to get back on the metro...even though we had passes (highly recommend..we did the 3 day one which more than paid for itself), so we never got to enjoy downtown at night after cuddling up in our beds for a night of tv and relaxing!

great stay but room for improvement
The room was comfortable and impeccably clean. The location was ideal, just a short walk to a metro station. I enjoyed a peaceful view of the river from my window that added a serene touch to the stay.
The neighborhood is safe but a bit too quiet for my taste, lacking vibrant nightlife options nearby.
